I understand that there is a fee of € 400,- / 1000,- / 4000,- (EURO) for academic / governmental / commercial users, which must be paid before I receive the code.

For payment with credit card you will receive a secure link for online-payment. This is the fastest way to get the code. (Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by cards issued by China Union Pay.)
